Our History

Our company was founded by Vincent Rosan and Jay Schnoor. Lifelong friends brought together through our work of building profitability into a resort Lodge in our twenties. We consistently work on the “ethical” principles of technology, innovating in education and pushing a green energy agenda to build a world that looks to the ecosystem to produce better communities of humans. We invest, we consult and we partner with multiple companies in our mission to do this.
